Contractual governance principles for MAV Consulting web assets and advisory relationships.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the MAV Consulting website or scheduling an introductory advisory session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service and all relevant applicable statutory regulations. Formal consulting and systems engineering engagements are governed separately by custom Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property & Work Product Ownership
The published articles, proprietary teardown formats, and visual identities on this public site are the intellectual property of MAV Consulting LLC. For active client partnerships under contract, all developed software, architecture diagrams, and custom model harnesses become the 100% exclusive intellectual property of the commissioning client upon delivery.
3. Advisory Scope & Limitation of Warranty
Materials, teardowns, and essays published on this site are for engineering evaluation and informational purposes. While every effort is made to maintain technical accuracy against current frontier model performance, artificial intelligence capabilities and API behaviors shift rapidly. Formal systems guarantees are established exclusively through binding contractual milestones.
