1. Voluntary Information Collection
MAV Consulting only collects information you explicitly supply when requesting an architecture consultation or submitting an inquiry via our intake forms. This includes your name, corporate email address, organization name, and technical project scope. We do not use third-party analytics trackers, session replay recorders, or behavioral advertising pixels.
2. Client Systems & Data Isolation
During active consulting engagements, all client code, architectural schemas, proprietary datasets, and API endpoints remain strictly within your organizational boundaries. MAV Consulting enforces zero-data-retention standards with model providers and never permits client proprietary data to be utilized for public model training.
3. Security Architecture
Inquiry submissions via our web application are transmitted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption directly to secured API endpoints. Access to incoming client communications is restricted exclusively to Michael Valle.
4. Data Deletion & Audit Inquiries
